If you are enrolled in a monthly package, we also offer virtual nutrition guidance through our personalized app. This may include meal recommendations, supplement guidance, progress tracking, and accountability check-ins depending on your plan.

Yes. Personal training memberships can be adjusted based on availability and written notice before your next billing cycle. If you’d like to increase or decrease your monthly sessions, we’re happy to help you transition into a package that better fits your schedule and goals.

Our Studio Coaches — Sarah, Fabian, Claudia, KP, and Carsyn — provide structured, personalized coaching following the Perseverance training methodology. Each coach brings their own specialty and coaching style while maintaining our performance standards and programming structure.
