Our two-week strength cycles make progress measurable, and we adjust loads, tempo, and volume to fit your body and your schedule. Small-group training keeps the energy high and the coaching personal; 1:1 dives deeper with custom programming and accountability.

  • Our Program

    We train specific muscles on specific days, using state of the art equipment: squat racks, Keiser functional machines, barbells, dumbbells and other modalities.  The format of the workout is a five minute dynamic warmup to begin, a five minute demo of all the exercises, four quarters of training, including a five minute cool down to end.  Total time is 50 minutes.

    Progressive overload and periodization:

    Our program follows a structured periodization cycle designed to help you continuously progress in strength, performance, and aesthetics. Each phase spans two weeks.

    Power (Weeks 1 & 2):

    Focus on low reps and heavy weights paired with superset compound movements to build raw strength and power.

    Compound Consistency (Weeks 3 & 4):

    Prioritize muscle growth with superset compound movements while emphasizing stabilizer muscles to enhance overall balance and performance.

    Perseverance (Weeks 5 & 6):

    Push your limits with compound sets, supersets, and ladder-style workouts. The rep scheme for this phase is structured as a pyramid, gradually increasing and then decreasing the number of reps to challenge both muscular endurance and strength.

  • Each semi-private group is designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance, ensuring a balanced training program throughout the week. Limited to 8 participants per class

    Weekly Schedule

    • Baby Got Back — Monday
      A posterior-chain strength session focused on back and glutes with smart progressions (hip thrusts, rows, unilateral work). Build posture, power, and shape—appropriate for all levels.

      Booty Conditioning — Tuesday
      Lower-body training that targets glutes, hamstrings, and hips through activation drills, resistance work, and timed circuits. Expect endurance, stability, and a serious burn in all the right places.

      Shoulders + Arms — Wednesday
      Targeted upper-body strength to define shoulders, biceps, triceps, and upper back. Blends presses, rows, curls, and stability work to build lean muscle and shoulder health.

      Total Strength — Thursday
      A full-body session with compound lifts and functional patterns—extra love for the glutes. Balanced, scalable training that hits legs, core, back, and arms for head-to-toe progress.

      Booty + Abs — Friday
      Glute- and core-focused training combining squats, thrusts, lunges, and core stabilization for strength, definition, and better posture. Expect purposeful reps and a clean, focused burn.

      Leg Day Circuit — Saturday
      An elevated leg session using timed circuits to build strength, definition, and endurance—especially through the posterior chain. Leave feeling strong, sculpted, and just the right amount of sore.

  • At our Cherry Creek location, we’ve selected premium equipment to support strength training, conditioning, and functional movement. Whether you’re building muscle, improving endurance, or enhancing athletic performance, the space is built for results.

    You’ll find:

    • Sled — strength & conditioning work

    • Leg Extension / Leg Curl — targeted lower-body training

    • Glute Slide — a sliding resistance platform designed to challenge core, hip, and glute stability through lateral movements. Great for strength and control.

    • Trap Bar & Smith Machine — deadlifts, presses, and explosive movements

    • Dumbbell Rack — full range for all levels

    • Glute Drive — build glute strength and power

    • Keiser Functional Trainers — air-powered resistance for controlled tempo work

    • Flat & Incline Benches — essential pressing and strength work

    • Plyo Boxes — jumps, step-ups, agility

    • Swiss Balls & BOSU — core stability and functional training

    • Bike — endurance and cardio

    This specialized setup delivers a high-quality training experience with a mix of strength, power, and functional movement tools.

  • Private Group Training & Personal Training Policies

    Booking & Attendance Requirements

    If you are not signed up for a class, please do not assume you can attend without an official reservation. A class purchase or active membership is required to book and schedule. Class cancellations must be made at least 2 hoursprior to the scheduled class time.

    Session Expiration & Purchase Guidelines

    • Private Group Training drop-in sessions and packages are active for 30 days after purchase and cannot be extended past their expiration date.

    • Personal Training packages are active for 60 days after purchase and cannot be extended.

    • If you are unsure whether you will use all your sessions, please purchase a smaller package or opt for drop-in sessions.

    • All packages and sessions are non-refundable and cannot be partially refunded.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • Private Group Training (classes): Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a fee. Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class start time) or no-shows result in a $15 fee.

    • Personal Training: Cancel at least 8 hours in advance. Late cancellations or absences result in a $40 fee.

    • Late fees cannot be refunded.

    Emergency Considerations

    We understand that life happens. If you experience an uncontrollable emergency, please contact Haley@mybbp.com for assistance with cancellations.
    Note: This consideration applies only to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot apply holds or extensions to any packages.

    Rescheduling Due to Staff Cancellations

    If a class or personal training session is canceled or rescheduled by a staff member, you will be notified via the contact information linked to your MindBody account. Any session canceled by Perseverance staff will be credited back to your account for rescheduling.

    Facilities Note — Protect Our Pipes

    Our plumbing system is older and more sensitive, so please be mindful of what goes down the toilet.

    Do not flush:

    • Wipes (including those labeled “flushable”)

    • Paper towels

    • Feminine hygiene products

    • Food or trash

    Only flush: toilet paper and human waste.
    If your bathroom needs require more time or privacy, we recommend visiting a nearby shop or coffee spot. Please use the trash bins for anything else to help us keep things running smoothly.

    Personal Training (1:1) — $200/session

    • 4 sessions — $720

    Personal Partner Training (per person, per session)
