Booties By Perseverance™ is a high-performance, glute-centric fitness program designed to sculpt, strengthen, and activate the glutes through biomechanically sound movement patterns. Grounded in the Perseverance Method™—a results-driven training system rooted in scientific principles—this program offers progressive, functional training using the Glute Slide Machine and a carefully curated sequence of exercises that maximize activation across all areas of the glutes.

Our method integrates open-chain and closed-chain movements, unilateral stability work, dynamic slide resistance, and posture-focused cueing. Each session is expertly programmed to recruit the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus, ensuring balanced muscular development, enhanced hip stability, and injury prevention.

Whether you're building power, improving posture, or simply chasing the perfect lift, Booties By Perseverance™ delivers a unique training system that blends science, sweat, and strategy—built on grit, guided by form, and powered by perseverance.


Equipment We Use

Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and tools specifically chosen for optimal glute engagement:

Dumbbells: Classic free weights used for strength training across all muscle groups. Great for building balance, coordination, and overall tone..

Smith Machine: A guided barbell system for safe and effective strength training. Perfect for squats, presses, hip thrusts, and more — all with extra support.

Glute Slide: A sliding resistance platform designed to challenge core, hip, and glute stability through lateral movements. Great for strength and control..

Hip Thrust Machine:Built to isolate and strengthen the glutes, but also engages core and hamstrings. Smooth movement and adjustable resistance for all levels.

Keiser Functional Trainer:An air-powered cable machine used for full-body workouts. Delivers smooth, joint-friendly resistance for strength, power, and control.

Dual Leg Extension / Curl Machine: Targets the quads and hamstrings with seated, controlled movements. Ideal for building leg strength and joint support.

    Our group classes are designed to help you sculpt, strengthen, and activate your glutes through smart, functional training. Each session combines expert programming, biomechanics, and a supportive community atmosphere. Using tools like the Glute Slide Machine, our classes target the glute max, medius, and minimus while improving posture, balance, and total-body power.

    Class size is limited to 8 people per session to ensure personalized attention and form-focused coaching.

    Availability Note:
    Personal training is by inquiry only as hours are limited and coaches have restricted availability in their schedules. Our summer schedule opens up more opportunities, but fall and winter seasons fill quickly. If you're considering getting started, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure a time slot.

  • Session Expiration & Purchase Guidelines

    • Private Group Training drop-in sessions and packages are active for 30 days after purchase and cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.

    • Personal Training packages are active for 60 days after purchase and are non-extendable.

    • If you're unsure whether you'll use all of your sessions, we recommend purchasing a smaller package or selecting drop-in sessions.

    • All packages and sessions are non-refundable and cannot be partially refunded.

    Membership Contract Policies

    • Memberships tied to promotional pricing (such as our Founders Special) are considered contract-based.

    • Canceling a contract-based membership early will result in loss of your locked-in rate.

    • Rejoining after cancellation will require enrollment at the current, non-discounted membership rate.

    • Memberships cannot be paused or placed on hold unless otherwise stated in the specific agreement.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • If you’re unable to attend a Private Group Training class, please cancel at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

    • Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class time) or no-shows will result in a $15 fee and the session will be deducted from your account.

    • Personal Training sessions require the same 8-hour notice. A $40 late fee will apply for cancellations made after that window or for no-shows.

    • Late fees are non-refundable.

    Emergency Considerations

    We understand that life happens! If you experience an uncontrollable emergency, please reach out to Haley@mybbp.com for support with any cancellations.
    Note: Exceptions are only made for genuine, unforeseen emergencies. We are unable to apply holds, extensions, or credits for non-emergency issues.

    Rescheduling Due to Staff Cancellations

    If a class or personal training session is canceled or rescheduled by a coach or staff member, you’ll be notified directly via the contact information linked to your MindBody account.
    Any session canceled by a Booties by Perseverance staff member will be credited back to your account and may be rescheduled at your convenience.

    Our plumbing system is a bit delicate, so we kindly ask for your help in keeping things running smoothly!

    Please DO NOT FLUSH:

    • Wipes (even if labeled “flushable”)

    • Paper towels

    • Feminine hygiene products

    • Food or trash

    Only flush toilet paper and what belongs.
    If your bathroom needs require extra time or comfort, we suggest visiting one of our neighboring shops or coffee spots nearby.
