At Perseverance, we understand the unique needs and abilities of young athletes. That's why our specialized youth fitness training programs are carefully designed to cater to their specific requirements. Led by expert trainers, these programs go beyond improving physical conditioning; they focus on developing essential life skills like teamwork, discipline, and goal-setting.

During each session, our experienced trainers dedicate time to teach the importance of perseverance, foster mental resilience, and support young athletes as they work towards their goals. This not only hones their athletic abilities but also equips them with valuable tools for tackling challenges both on and off the field.

Our group activities are tailored to encourage teamwork and cooperation. These exercises promote physical wellness and help young athletes develop strong social bonds while learning to work effectively in a team setting—a skill invaluable in sports and life.

YOUTH SERVICES

  • TEN TOES DOWN

    Group Training | Tuesday — 4:00 PM

    A structured, coach-led session focused on building strength, coordination, confidence, and proper movement patterns in a supportive environment.

    We also offer expanded group training during key times of the year, including Spring Break, Summer, and Winter sessions. Schedules vary by season.

    Drop-in: $38

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    1:1 Coaching | Mon - Sun

    Fully personalized, one-on-one coaching built around the athlete’s goals, experience level, and development. Ideal for focused attention, skill building, and accelerated progress.

    Youth (under 18): $125/session

    Adults (18+): $150/session

  • PRIVATE PARTNER TRAINING

    Private Small Group | Mon - Sun

    Train with a friend or small group in a more fun, team-oriented setting while still receiving personalized coaching.

    • Pricing varies per person based on group size

    • Must inquire to create or join a group

    • Sessions are scheduled directly with a coach
