Group Training Sessions
This training group will be an ultimate experience in taking your normal exercise routine to the next level. This group applies strength and hypertrophy training, integrated cardiorespiratory, core stabilization, neuromuscular, and strength training. Weight Training is for people that are familiar with gym equipment and some athletic training. Come check out our Wheels of Steel, Back/Bi, Shoulders/Tris, or Chest/Bi days!

Boxing Classes
Our boxing classes are smaller to be more focused on technique and improving form. We incorporate different styles of boxing, one-on-one mit training, and different moves to increase your heart rate. You will leave here burning calories and dripping sweat.
