Bodies By Perseverance is Denver’s original personal training and weight lifting gym. Looking to trim down, gain strength, lose baby weight, compete in your first fitness competition — whatever your fitness goal - that’s our specialty. With 60 combined years of fitness and training experience, our approach is rooted in the tried and true traditional body building fundamentals, mixed with modern functional movements. Together, we will focus both on workouts — and diets. That’s right, we will read your food journal! We’ve trained elite athletes, desk jokey…and even someone who wanted to be able to do a single handstand. Your goals are as unique as you are, our approach is to create a custom solution as unique as you.

Boxing

Conditional, agility, speed, presence. Our boxing conditioning classes teach proper form and technique to improve boxing skills. Regardless of experience, skill level, our boxing classes will push you mentally and physically to the next level!
