PERSONAL TRAINING: Provides you a custom and complete program for the individual wanting to lose weight, tone, strengthen and increase power. Our trainers are highly experienced and emphasize on Type I/Type II training and technique. Not to mention, all trainers are required to create fresh programs to keep the body guessing, you'll never see a workout routine twice! An unbeatable personal training program that includes:
- Monthy body analysis and tracking
- Nutrition plan
- A $25 monthly membership to unlimited fitness classes and cardio room access (regulary $75/mo)
On-site/off-site, group, and SSST personal training available, prices vary per personal trainer.
PARTNER/GROUP TRAINING: A personalized program for you, your friends, co-workers, or family members that incorporates strength training and a cardio program that works the entire body. Group training includes the same personal training benefits. See inches melt off and an energy boost in a week! Starting as low as $25, must have two people for group training.
All training must have a minimum of 2 sessions per week.
Cancellations must be within 24 hours.

Sample Personal Training:
- Weight lifting, Bodybuilding, and Competitions - FST-7, Tabata, Drop Sets, Supersets, etc
- Endurance/Agility/Plyometrics - Push plates, kettlebell lunges, ropes, bounds, speed ladder, box jumps, towels, wood choppers, etc
- Conditioning - Kickboxing with cardio combo punches and kicks, Boxing with combos and sparring
- TRX system, bands, and core ball
- And that's one week full of training
FITNESS CLASSES: Our calorie-blasting fitness classes will get you addicted for more. We believe in infusing traditional and contemporary techniques to get a challenging workout each time. Classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, Killer Abs, Power, Bootcamp, Body Sculpt, Boxing, and Cycling. BBP has on-going workshops, clinics, and specialty classes. View class schedule.
Our instructors are experts in multiple fields with combined experience from martial arts, fitness, professional athletics, cycling, weight lifting, yoga, dance, and were all trained by masters. Including top certifications, accolades, and top-ranked in their classes.
First Saturday of each month, we have DJ Big Styles spinning the hottest and heart-pumping music that leave you wanting more workout!
