Class Descriptions

Heavy Hitters - High impact cardio with kickboxing and boxing combinations on the bag, intensified with power routines that tones and conditions. This class utilizes gloves, bags, and weighs. It is a total fat burning and muscle toning workout.

Cardio Kickboxing - High impact cardio with explosive kickboxing routines includes foundations of martial arts techniques. This class is a fat burning and muscle toning workout that is high-energy.

Power – An all-in-one and complex class, designed to strengthen, condition, and tone your body. Sweat through conditioning, plyometrics, and strength training. This class compliments our other classes, only, if you're that intense!

Zumba - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Hip Hop (TBD) - This class is energetic, funky, and fun for all. Students with some hip hop experience will enjoy more hip hop techniques including popping, locking, and funk. Students must wear street shoes and can wear any loose comfortable clothing.
