Carbs, carbs and more carbs
Today was a challenging day of eating–CARB LOAD. So basically for the last 4 days, I’ve been consuming around 40-50 grams of carbs per day with (0) sodium while drinking 2 gallons of water per day. What this should do is totally deplete the muscle of glycogen, basically giving me a soft shredded vascular look, as you can see from the pictures. This is a look that I would like to have our bikini competitors mimic, but not for body builders. Body Builders should have full muscle bellies and tight skin.
Wednesday consisted of going from 50g of carbs, to 4500g of carbs–that’s a lot of potatoes. Please understand while I’m eating this massive carb intake, I’m also limiting water to 72oz for the day. It was definitely a challenging day, but I got all my meals in and my body is looking on point.
