Group Training

Our Group Training: Maximal Strength, Hypertrophy, & Power Lifts

*Personal Group Training is for Strength & Hypertrophy targeting specific muscle groups.

Personal Group Training is 45 minutes, up to 10 clients, and working different muscle groups on different days.

These sessions will amp up your fitness level and you will lift heavy weights to ultimately change the shape of your body and to increase strength.  Each session is custom designed while incorporating integrated training: core stabilization, neuromuscular and cardiorespiratory.

If you are unfamiliar with gym equipment and athletic training, it’s better to start with our Functional & Abs Training fitness class to prepare and progress to Personal Group Training.
