Our Fitness Classes: Metabolic Conditioning and Strength Endurance
Ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, these classes are open to up to 20 students. Not only does that make sure you’re in good company, these fitness classes help to keep you motivated and accountable for your progress.
Functional Training & Abs
You’ll challenge all your major muscle groups by using a bar and various training techniques. Squats, presses, lifts and curls are just some of the exercises, along with plyometrics and HIIT, and a killer ab routine in the mix of it all. Other modalities includes free weights, bands, boxes, gliders and more.
Killer Abs & Bad Ass
This 30-minute class focuses on complete abs and core (the lumbo-hip-pelvic complex), teaching you new, fun and proper exercises to condition and strengthen your core and booty.
How intense can you get? From an elite fighter to a fitness enthusiast, take your training further through boxing tactical drills and endurance challenges. Arrive 10 minutes early to warm-up and hand wrapping. We have gloves, but bringing your own gloves and wraps are highly recommended.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT was originally developed by track coaches to train runners, but it has crossed over to the fitness industry because studies found that HIIT burned significantly more body fat—and in less time—than steady-state cardio programs.
Xtreme Cardio Kickboxing
Fog up the gym and feel like a serious bad ass as you punch and kick to the high-intensity beat. No prior experience is needed for this mix of aerobic and anaerobic workouts, including martial arts and boxing. After the first few sessions, you’ll see an increase in your cardio health and a decrease in your waistline.
