Meet a BBP super hero: Chris B.

Everyone at BBP works hard to make sure our members meet their goals and every day we are inspired by their successes. We are proud of our BBP family and are happy to share more about them with you.

I am an Associate General Counsel for a air medical transport and helicopter tour company in Denver, Air Methods. My wife Sylvia and I have a 17 month old son, Charlie, and a second kiddo on the way in June.


How did you get started at BBP?
I got started at BBP after my wife took a boot camp with Jennifer and challenged me to give it a try.  I had never been a big believer in fitness classes and usually convinced myself I would just workout on my own, although my monthly 24 Fitness donation suggested otherwise.  I found a Groupon and took my first BBP class in November of 2011 and have been hooked ever since.

Why do you keep coming to BBP
I love the workouts at BBP, but the community is what keeps me getting up every morning to come to the gym.  Courtney, Jen, and all the trainers are great leaders and instructors and we have a great group of “regulars” 6am every morning.  We all encourage and challenge each other to put in our best work every day.

If someone is on the fence about starting at BBP, what’s your advice? 
My advice to anyone thinking about starting at BBP is to come try out a variety of classes and instructors.  The workout is never the same and will challenge you no matter if you’re just starting out or have been working out for years.

What is your health and fitness goal for 2017?
My 2017 fitness goals are simple:  try to keep up with Courtney.
